Chakra Mandala Series

Welcome to the Chakra Mandala Course! After you purchase the course, you will have access to all of the modules and course material! The chakras offer a lovely framework for exploring the connection between our body and spirit. Each chakra represents a different part of our human experience and we can learn a little about ourselves and our connections by tapping into each energy. In this series, we'll explore the seven primary chakras on through color, geometry and meditation. Each lesson includes a mandala inspired by the energy of the chakra, a color palette designed to reflect its qualities, and a guided meditation to help you deepen your understanding. You do not need to be an experienced meditator to benefit from this practice! Meditation with the chakras is simply the practice of bringing your awareness to different energy centers within the body. Focus your attention while breathing intentionally on each chakra. It can help cultivate greater balance, clarity, and self-awareness. As you move through this course, you'll discover: • The location and purpose of each chakra • Traditional colors, symbols, and mantras • The sacred geometry associated with each energy center • Guided meditations for each chakra • Color palettes and painting exercises inspired by each chakra Throughout the journey, you'll encounter the seed mantra associated with each chakra. These sacred sounds have been used for centuries as focal points for meditation. You may choose to silently repeat them, chant them aloud, or simply reflect on their vibration as you paint and create. Most importantly, there is no right or wrong way to experience the chakras. Allow curiosity to guide you. Some lessons may resonate deeply, while others may reveal insights over time. Trust your own experience. Take a deep breath.
